Brian has done both basic plumbing, such as installing a new water heater, and somewhat unconventional plumbing, such as helping me put a special fluoride filtration filter system in my
condominium.  The plumbing in my condominium is all copper pipe, and I can attest to the fact that some plumbers, such as those I used prior to working with Brian, make sloppy plumbing soldered pipe connections, as evidenced by lumps of residual solder on the outside of the pipe, and some, like Brian, know how to heat and correctly solder pipe connections that are clean on the outside, and most importantly, likely to last, without leaking, for many years. What I am saying is that Brian takes extreme pride in his work a rarity in today’s world.   
Most recently, I challenged Brian with a plumbing job that required him to replace a leaking garbage disposal unit under my kitchen sink, as well as the improperly installed drain trap that was attached to the old leaking disposal unit. The problem with the drain and trap was that it consisted of plastic PVC pipe sections that were glued together in such a way that it was impossible to remove the drain trap without either cutting the
drain pipe, or taking down the disposal unit. Brian installed a new, garbage disposal unit with a drain trap assembly that could be removed without touching the disposal. Plus, he had to make sure that the new drain and trap assembly connected to the existing drain pipe where it exited at the back wall of the kitchen cabinet. Not that easy to do when the new disposal unit, although it is the same model as the old one, is slightly smaller in size, and the attached drain line plumbing is different from the old disposal unit. And, Brian did all this quickly, efficiently, neatly and in a crowded kitchen under the sink cabinet space with not a lot of room for a plumber to work, because it also contains a complete reverse osmosis filter system, including the tank.
